Bridges out of Poverty
Bridges Out of Poverty (BOP) is an educational training program designed for middle-class participants to understand the truths about poverty. The training provides insight on bridging divides that happen along socio-economic lines. It provides the tools and a common language to aid participants in working together as a community to reduce, prevent and eradicate poverty. For people in poverty, there is also a class called Getting Ahead in a Just Gettin' By World, where people in poverty learn the hidden rules of the middle class, the causes of poverty, and how to build resources. -
