Registered Nurses may become members to gain access to resources and information.

Advocacy: MNA is the only professional nursing organization in the state with full-time lobbying services. All RNs practice under the Nurse Practice Act. MNA is 
completely dedicated to protecting and improving the profession of nursing and 
advocating for the 39,000 registered nurses in Mississippi. That advocacy, not 
only includes lobbying the legislature and other public officials, but 
representing nurses at the Board of Medical Licensure, the Board of Nursing, the 
Board of Health, the Institution of Higher Learn and Community College 
boards.
