The Hudspeth Early Intervention Program (EIP) serves children from birth to age three in Hinds and Rankin Counties. The goal of the program is to meet each child's developmental needs through individualized early intervention services. The program is part of a statewide collaborative effort by both the Mississippi Department of Mental Health's Early Intervention Programs and the Mississippi Department of Health's First Steps Program
