Aide and Attendance Program-Available to veterans and their spouses to assist financially when meet Nursing Home criteria (bed bound, maximum assistance needed with ADL's) The amount depends upon the amount of income currently entering the home each month. A form ia available for physicians to complete to verify Services,Medical need at the VA offices. To confirm eligibility the VA office requires the Veteran's military discharge form.
