The mission of the Hinds County Mental Health Commission (HCMHC) is to insure quality mental health services for the citizens of Hinds County. Hinds Behavioral Health Services (HBHS) is one of the 15 regional community mental health centers in Mississippi, serving residents of Hinds County. Since 1971, HBHS has offered a wide range of mental health and substance abuse services, serving adults, families and children.
