Youth Villages is a nationwide nonprofit that has an office in Hattiesburg. They run a program called ¢‚¬Å“Lifeset¢‚¬ which is meant to help young people coming out of foster care or other ¢‚¬Å“vulnerable youth¢‚¬ (17-22) to receive support from a Lifeset Specialist to identify goals and work towards them (finding suitable housing, gaining employment, money management, maintaining healthy relationships, etc.).

Youth Villages partners with the Mississippi Division of Medicaid to provide a special program called‚ MYPAC, Mississippi Youth Programs Around the Clock. We also provide‚ LifeSet‚ in the state. Emergency and crisis response services are offered to youth and families referred to and participating in Youth Villages' services.
