The Wellness Center comprises approximately 2,000 sq. feet of space and offers a variety of options, including treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, weighted balls, ropes, elliptical, jump ropes, fixed machines, and more. Exercise programs can be tailored to meet the individual needs of the patient/client. A certified exercise physiologist is on staff to provide professional assistance and training.
