1. Project EMPOWER – Mental Health Program
Project EMPOWER is a free, evidence-based, 1-session online program designed to help parents, teachers, and caregivers build bravery and reduce anxiety in children and pre-teens
. The program teaches practical skills to respond effectively to a child’s anxiety through story-based exercises and personalized action plans. Research has shown that participants report reduced parental accommodation and increased distress tolerance after completing the program
